Return/Exchange and Refund Policy :Return Policy We have a 7 day Hassle Free Return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please allow us atleast 4-7 days to deliver the exchange product at your doorstep.

Return/Exchange for International Orders -We do not offer free International Exchange or Return shipping. International orders may be returned using any method of your choice, at your expense.Return is valid incase if you received the damage / wrong size product, requests will be accepted strictly within 24 hours. Refund Policy -Once a return request has been placed with Dhara Fashion Customer Service, it usually takes 3-5 business days to picked up the product from your doorstep and another 2-4 days to initiate refund after successful product inspection by (QC) Quality check department.Once the item is received in our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check which takes about 24-48 hours. The refund would depend on the mode of payment chosen by you.If you have done checkout through the COD payment Mode, we share the RazorPayout Link to get the refund amount. You have to fill the bank or UPI details there to get the instant refund amount, sometimes it takes 2-3 max days to reflect in your account.
