Customers can cancel their orders up to 2 days before the shipment date without incurring any penalties.

2. Penalties for Late Cancellations

If a cancellation is made within the last 2 days before shipment, a penalty of 30% of the product's price will be applied.

4. Refund Method

Refunds will be processed within 2 business days for payments made via UPI or other online methods.

5. Exemptions

There are no exemptions for any products. All products are subject to the same cancellation policy.
